The educational institution will not be closed immediately. A meeting of the Covid-19 Crisis Management Operations Center (CCMC) held till late Saturday concluded that there is no need to close down the educational institution immediately.
The CCMC meeting has decided to empower the District Covid-19 Crisis Management Center (DCCMC) to decide on the transition situation in its district.ad space
No formal information has been made public about the meeting’s recommendations to the government. A member who participated in the meeting said that it was not appropriate to close the educational institution in a hurry as the health standards were not strictly followed.
He said that it was agreed to strictly follow the health standards and to make necessary decisions after the situation did not improve. The Ministry of Health and Population had recommended for three weeks of online reading in infected areas.
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Health P.D. Jageshwar Gautam said that educational institutions should be required to strictly adhere to the health standards.
