753 Local Level Accounting System is Destroy
The server formula for managing a local level accounting system has long been 'corrupted'. Authorities are calling it a 'hack'. Former Minister Mohammed Afuta Alam was sent to Nakkhu jail in Lalitpur on Friday night. On Friday, the district court, Rautahat, ordered Alam to be tried for trial. The court ordered Alam to be kept in a suitable jail for security reasons, so the jail was executed. District Court Rautahat judge Deepak Dhakal ordered the injured Alam, who was accused of burning bricks, to be arrested in connection with the bomb blast three years ago. In addition to providing security to the public, victims and government witnesses, the court has ordered that the protection house be kept as per requirement. The court ordered that Alam be sent to detention, while District Court Supervisor Gunaraj Parajuli told the court that the accused Alam of duty killings, explosives and killing industry should be kept in detention in accordance with sub-section (b) of Article 7 of the Civil Criminal Procedure Code, keeping in view the specialty, seriousness and sensitivity of the case. State and local level staff will not be in civil servant service!
Adjusted employees at the state and local levels are no longer in the civil service. The Federal Civil Service Act, which is under consideration in the Federal-Parliament, has proposed that the employees of the province be integrated into the state and the local level employees should be local level employees. Staff at the provincial and local level have complained that the civil servants have been lured to the state and local level by eliminating the issue of civil servants. Chairman of the Nepal Civil Service Organization Kedar Prasad Devkota said that none of the employees at the state and local level were satisfied. He said, 'I chose the union for integration; I was a junior and I was adjusted at the local level. Devkota has now been integrated into Balefi village of Sindhupalchowk. According to the Act, the staff at the state and local level have made arrangements to come to the union only after promotion. According to Devkota, 4,000 people apply for promotion for 5 posts in the union. But 3 will return to the union but the rest will be unjust. They complained that the unemployed employees were unfairly accommodated for the workers as the Act made provision for them to remain in service in the local and state until the retirement.
