Kathmandu: The government has approved the Employee Adjustment Ordinance. The cabinet meeting held on Monday night has approved a suspended employee adjustment ordinance.
The meeting of the meeting is not formally public. The government has made the public decision by the press conference of the Council of Ministers last time.
The Law Ministry sent the decree to the Council of Ministers on Friday. Under the Employee Adjustment Act passed before, the ordinance was prepared after the employee who was working in the union did not participate in the adjustment process.
The meeting said the source decided to recommend the President for issuing the ordinance. The ordinance will be approved after the President visits Poland. After the ordinance, the employee will proceed in the state and local level.
